SoReya Mamas ("we," "us," "the app") explains in this Privacy Policy what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, display name, and role (mama or grandma) when you sign up.
- Content you create: posts, replies, and resources you share, including whether you chose to post anonymously.
- Usage data: your saved posts and reports you file, tied privately to your account.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This app is intended for adult users only.
How we use your information
- To operate your account and let you sign in.
- To display your posts and replies to other community members (or hide your identity, if you chose to post anonymously).
- To let you save content privately and report content that violates our Community Guidelines.
- To review reported content and, where necessary, remove content or restrict accounts that violate our guidelines.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored using Google Firebase, a cloud data platform. Firebase applies its own security and infrastructure protections. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Anonymous posts
When you choose to post anonymously, your name is hidden from other users in the app's interface. However, your account is still technically linked to that content in our systems, which allows us to enforce our Community Guidelines and respond to reports. Anonymity protects your identity from other users — it does not mean the post is untraceable to your account internally.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from inside the app, or by contacting us at hello@soreyamamas.com. Deleting your account will remove your profile and personal information; some content you posted publicly may remain unless you request its removal.
